This browband is on havana
English leather with royal blue satin ribbon, pure white satin
ribbon and black velvet ribbon. The flags have royal blue satin
ribbon as the base, pure white satin ribbon above and a thin
royal blue satin ribbon on top. The rosettes are made of
royal blue satin ribbon with no buttons. |
| This
browband was made for a dark grey yearling who has been competing
at local and County level. He has a large head for his size
and so the rosettes are in from the browband loops to minimise
this. Also, as his head is rather plain, the metallic trim
and buttons have been omitted as a 'pretty-pretty' browband would
be inappropriate for his style and would not suit him so
well. He has no white face markings and so pure white satin
ribbon was used. |
| This end detail
shows a browband made with a deeper blue satin ribbon, golden
yellow satin ribbon, black velvet ribbon and thin gold metallic ribbon. The flags are of the
golden yellow satin
ribbon with deep blue above and thin gold metallic ribbon on
top. The rosettes of deep blue satin ribbon with textured
gold buttons. |

| This browband was
made for a mid bay TBxWelsh Cob. The colours were chosen to
match his owner's showing colours and to brighten the rather
'dull' bay |
| shade of her horse's coat. The horse this was
made for is a recent purchase and the browband was a present from
the new owner's very kind cousin; so from all at Bespoke Browbands
- good luck with your showing and may you have years of pleasure
with your new horse!

This end detail
shows a second browband made with a lighter blue satin ribbon,
antique white satin ribbon, black velvet ribbon and thin silver
metallic ribbon. The flags are of the lighter blue satin
ribbon with antique white above and thin silver metallic ribbon on
top. The rosettes of lighter blue with silver buttons. |
| This browband was
made for a pretty piebald horse who has been doing very well at local
level, mainly in coloured classes. He has very few white
markings on his face, so the antique white and silver helped to
lighten his face and to bring it into balance with the markings on
his body. |
